**Job title: Production operative/machine operator for a polyurethane foam moulding company.**

We are looking for a member of staff to operate Polyurethane dispensing machines, pouring material into mould tools, manufacturing products to a high quality standard.

**The Role**:
As a production operative you will work as part of a production team, manufacturing products for a wide range of industries, whilst ensuring that H&S, production, and quality targets are met.

Your duties will involve:
operating machinery & tooling

material handling

collecting and processing production data

maintaining mould tools to a good working order

ensuring equipment and materials are suitable for use and kept maintained and stored appropriately.

performing day to day housekeeping duties in work place area

due to the nature and demands of the business, you may also be required to undertake additional duties which fit with your experience and skills. Additional training/support, where applicable will be provided.

**Please note** : this is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday only. Some flexibility may be required to meet factory requirements.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will need:
Basic English and good numeracy skills are essential

experience of operating and maintaining key manufacturing plant is preferred ,full industry specific training will be given.

ability to work in a team environment

good attention to detail

good time keeping is essential

strong communication skills
