**Job Title: IMAGE SPECIALIST**

**Full time Position**

**Reporting to**:General Manager / Regional Operational Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**COMMERCIAL**
- Follow brand communication tools to deliver a strong visual image and styling standards across all departments.
- Responsible for the construction, installation and maintenance of seasonal window decoration in accordance to brand specifications and guidelines.
- Ensures every mannequin grouping delivers a strong image whilst balancing the commercial business needs.
- Conduct retail competitor research and communicate ideas to management team and headquarters.
- To effectively liase with line managers and store teams to deliver work in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate good fashion awareness and generate creative ideas to present to the management team.

**TRAINING AND DEVLOPMENT**
- To participate and support the training and development of the colleagues on the image specialist career path.
- Support other stores being flexible and adaptable to business needs

**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered in the store.
- To support customer service with product, knowledge and awareness of the new arrivals, the best sellers and fashion trends and offer alternatives**.**

**HEALTH AND SAFETY**
- To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all window storage areas and throughout the store.
- Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
- To be an ambassador in the company’s sustainability project and ensure that the company upholds and works towards finding new, innovative and economically reductive ways to stay sustainable

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous fashion retail experience.
- Fashion/têxtile qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Market, commercial and competitors awareness
- Visual flair and creative thinking required.

**Skills and Attitudes**
- Visual, styling and window dressing experience.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good fashion awareness of fashion trends
- Strong practical and creative skills.
- Self-motivated
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication.
