As a **Parts Driver** at Motus Commercials in Stoke on Trent we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Display a high level of customer service

Main duties will be:
We require an experienced **Parts Delivery Driver** who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.
- To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
- To help maintain Stock management in the warehouse.
- To pick parts in line with customer requirements.
- Make sure Impress stock locations are replenished as required
- To ensure parts are delivered to customers in an efficient manner providing first class customer service.
- To make sure all the correct paperwork is completed, i.e., delivery, invoice and returns notes.
- Build a rapport with existing parts customers to keep growing the important customer relationship and ensure they are serviced with the correct parts.
- Build relationships with conquest customers to grow our parts area of responsibility in keeping commercial vehicles on road.
- To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
