Treatment Coordinator

**What the role involves**:
Dental Solutions are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to assist in a busy 4 Surgery private practice. The role is mainly office based including face-to-face consultations with patients.

This includes arranging appointments, guiding patients through their treatment plans, taking payments, arranging finance, completing in-depth consultations with patients and discussing their treatment options, liaising with our referring dentists to ensure the smooth running of appointments, following up with new patient enquiries, organising treatment open days, collecting content for social media and liaising with our marketing team to promote events.
**Previous TCO experience is not essential but preferred.**

Occasional dental nursing duties may be required, previous experience using Dental Scanner is advantageous.

Salary - £26,364

**What we need from you**:

- Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC
- Comply with the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the British Association of Dental Nurses
- Undertake CPD in line with the GDC guidelines
- Knowledge of CQC and compliance
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and welcoming manner
- Strong teamwork ability with an enthusiastic attitude
- Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B
