**Position Summary**

City Cruises UK is part of the City Experiences division of the Hornblower Group, a global leader in world-class experiences and transportation services. We operate public dining and sightseeing cruises as well as private charters for corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, or other special occasions across London, Poole, and York.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Street Ticket Seller. You will be responsible for promoting and selling tickets for various events, attractions, or transportation services directly to pedestrians on the street. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work independently.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Approach pedestrians in designated locations to promote/sell tickets for City Cruises’ products.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to generate sales.
- Provide information about the cruises, including pricing, schedules, and promotional offers.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep track of inventory and report sales activity to the supervisor.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and sales guidelines.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively approach potential customers.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
