Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundworker to join our team to support in the installation of sports facilities. The position will cover various site across the south east and there will be a certain amount of travelling involved. (1-2 hours travel each way depending on site location) ( this is reflected in the hours advised) The works involved will vary from resurfacing of single sports courts to brand new floodlit Multi - use sports facilities, with involvement throughout the project from start to finish.

Must have driving license, CSCS card at minimum and be CIS registered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, installing kerbs, fencing, stone layers, laser grading, asphalt, floodlight infrastructure, drainage works.
- Working as part of the team, good communication and punctuality are critical.
- Operate equipment such as compactors, jackhammers,
- Operate diggers, dumpers, telehandlers - (Tickets Required - CPCP / NPORS)
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
- Support the team in completing projects efficiently and effectively

**Skills**:

- Physical strength and stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment (This is Crutial)
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the industry.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to construction work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £160.00-£180.00 per day

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
