GP RECEPTIONIST/ CALL HANDLER - part time.

Court Road Surgery is a busy and welcoming practice, with excellent patient care at the centre of what we do.

We look after over 7500 patients in the Central Vale area. We have a vacancy for a highly motivated GP Receptionist/ Call Handler who is patient focused to help us provide safe and efficient services.

This role can be both challenging and rewarding. A positive nature and resilience is essential for our team in dealing with patients efficiently and professionally.

Our team must be IT literate, reliable and competent administrators who can assist with the smooth running of patient facing and back office services.

A large part of the role involves dealing with patients via telephone and previous experience in a patient/ customer facing role is essential.

Applicants should be aware that the surgery is open from 08:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday and cover for holidays/ sickness absences will be required in addition to contracted hours.

Rate of pay £10.42 per hour initially.

AM shifts 08:00 - 13:15 or PM Shifts 13:15 - 18:30
