Sprayline Operative

Hales Group are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our successful and busy manufacturing client based in Pakfield.

This role is full time Monday to Friday, working rotating shifts; 6am-4pm / 8am-6pm.

Our fantastic client are offering a temp to perm opportunity with good company benefits and training.
- Ensure the production plan is achieved, following set production processes with accuracy
- Working Predominantly on the Sprayline
- Complete manual aspects of the role
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure production quality and processes are met at all time
- Undertake necessary training to improve skills and abilities
- Flexible attitude to working as required

In order to be considered for this role;
- You must take pride in a job well done, be organised, motivated and have good attention to detail
- Ideally come from manufacturing background
- Have a proactive and conscientious work attitude
- Able to complete manual tasks
