Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the moving process.

Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.

Understand customers' specific requirements and tailor the removal service accordingly.

Removal Planning and Organization:
Assess the size and complexity of each removal project, considering factors such as the volume of items, fragility, and access points.

Develop a comprehensive removal plan, including timelines, packing materials, equipment, and manpower required.

Coordinate logistics, such as arranging transportation, obtaining permits, and scheduling parking.

Packing and Labelling:
Safely and efficiently pack household items using appropriate packing materials, ensuring their protection during transit.

Label boxes accurately to facilitate easy identification and proper placement at the destination.

Implement proper techniques for packing fragile and valuable items, ensuring their safety.

Loading and Unloading:
Coordinate with the removal team to load and unload items onto the moving vehicle, utilizing proper lifting and carrying techniques.

Securely fasten items within the vehicle to prevent damage during transportation.

Ensure that each item is unloaded and placed in the appropriate room or location at the destination.

Work on AD HOC basis with dates available in advance. NOT A FULL TIME ROLE..

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mansfield, Nottinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
