**Experienced Painter / multi skilled tradesperson required.**

A role has become available within our bust Landlord Refurbishment Team. You will be required to carry out skilled painting & decoration work within the Liverpool Area.. This will include determining job requirements, planning/configuring, installations, repairing and replacing. Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience and must be able to work at a reasonable pace.

Tasks may include new installations or repairs to existing buildings.

A company van will be provided following a successful trial period so applicants must have their own transport in the meantime. Clean driving licence preferred but not essential.

**Day to day responsibilities**

**- **determining and reporting on condition of walls / surfaces
- determining job requirements and planning/configuring materials
- repairing and replacing damaged plaster using a variety of industry standard materials
- day to day associated tasks
- carry out tasks within agreed time limits
- ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety
- maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- report to Office Manager / Director
- immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
- meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole
- contribute towards the smooth running of the team

From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects other than painting as are reasonably required of your job role.

You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with the office/Team. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation generally.

**Hours**

Your usual hours will be from 8am to 4:30pm. However you will be expected to work as and when is necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets.

Your job will involve travel to sites within the agreed area. The agreed area is a maximum of a 20 mile radius

**Secondary Tasks/Duties**

The role is part of the whole organisation team and as such requires you to perform such reasonable tasks that are required, as and when are necessary, to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business of our organisation and its interests generally.
