**About the role**:

- As part of the existing Professional Services Team this role is responsible for delivering and supporting Moorepay NextGen API’s and Flat File integrations to both customer and partner developer functions alongside existing import options- This technical role will initially be required to develop and execute the support and delivery methodology for the Moorepay API Integration Layer and when established identify new opportunities for revenue and team growth.**Key Accountabilities**:

- Integration / Interface Delivery- Create a support and delivery methodology that enables Moorepay customers and partners to connect to Moorepay quickly and efficiently through the Moorepay API Integration Platform and Zellis Integration Platform when released.
- Work with external customers and partners to integrate their API’s through the Moorepay API layer and Zellis Integration Platform.
- Create bespoke API integrations where core API’s are not going to be developed.
- Create interfaces using HR to Pay and Mapper if APIs are not appropriate
- SSO solutions
- Analysis and provide advice on the best technology options such as API and HR to Pay or Mapper
- Provide on-site and potentially off-site consultancy with clients

**Support**
- Support existing partner and customer development teams with ongoing API queries in accordance with technical support SLA’s.
- Manage Moorepay API Integration Platform bug priority list informing and influencing the monthly fix schedule.
- Collaborate with the Moorepay developers to feature requests and technical improvements where required.

**Pre-Sales Support**
- Assist the Sales Team by assessing prospect’s requirements
- Providing solutions or workarounds if necessary, for any requirements not in scope of the standard Implementation build.
- Provide Quotes to Sales Team for any bespoke work
- Attend Pre-Sales calls with prospects

**New Business Onboarding**
- Create bespoke build requirements in association with the Implementation Team
- Schedule and prioritise work to support new business going live on schedule
- Advise, support and test interfaces in and outbound

**Continuous Improvement**
- Develop and maintain good internal and external relationships
- Considers and discuss new ideas which add value to the customer
- Keeps up to date with latest API technologies.
- Pro-actively seeks to improve knowledge of products.
- Challenge methods and procedures and seeks to improve upon them in order to proactively impact working practices

**Skills and experience**:

- An action-oriented and structured professional with previous technical experience in both web and API delivery, support or development.- Knowledge of web services WSDL, SOAP, RESTful (JSON)
- Knowledge of Relational Database (SQL, DB2, Oracle)
- Knowledge of API Development
- Knowledge of Microsoft development technologies, ASP.NET, C#.NET etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure API Manager or similar front end management tools, swagger etc beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, able to work with customer and partner developer teams.
