Here you can build on your knowledge and find your specialty at one of our sites or on the road - the opportunities are endless. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Communicate daily with the Stock Management Operatives and Supervisor and help manage the smooth running of the operation.
- Offer a positive attitude to change and work toward improving and developing the processes, systems and practices currently in place.
- Assist in maintaining stock maintenance for Fiat, Vauxhall, MG, Suzuki and SsangYong.
- Assist in checking any vehicle queries whether they are made by the customer or another internal department and keep the lines of communication open as appropriate.
- Perform quality control checks at regular intervals to ensure the customer storage and maintenance standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Check and control the use of company property e.g. scanners, batteries, vehicles etc
- Work with the supervisor and to ensure that adjustments are made to the IT systems so that it accurately reflects the work completed.
- Ensure shipping schedule is kept up to date and make sure vessels are referenced pre arrival
- Check vessel manifests and chase up any discrepancies with the shipping agents
- Send reconciliation and damage reports to the customer in a timely manner

**Person Requirements**
- We are looking for a hardworking person who works well under pressure and is resourceful in their approach.
- The department is an ever changing environment so an ability to ‘think on ones feet’ and under pressure is essential to this position.
- You will have good communication skills and an ability to clearly direct your team as work dictates.
- You should also be confident in working in a varied and dynamic environment.
