**Key Responsibilities**
- Bank Reconciliations daily
- Experienced in using Sage
- PAYE check and make payment on due date
- Full balance sheet reconciliation each month end
- Balance intercompany transactions and ensure arm’s length policy followed
- VAT - prepare and check the quarterly return. Post online and make payment
- Deal with HMRC for any queries on PAYE and VAT
- Monthly management accounts - process necessary journals, review, prepare accounts ready for presentation
- Help prepare budgets and report on overspends
- Work with credit control department to ensure aged debtors are minimized
- Work with accounts payable to ensure suppliers paid in timely manner
- Manage returned vehicles and ensure suppliers repay in timely manner
- Assist and support production of payroll
- Manage day to day transactions effectively
- To work proactively in regards to developing the accounts department.
- To ensure any decisions or changes are authorised by Head Of Finance
- To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line to achieve the Companies objectives.
- To produce all necessary reports.
- Follow all Company Procedures.
- To treat your colleagues and the work place with respect.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience processing payroll
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Full qualified
- Dealership experience an advantage (but not essential)
- Organised
- High attention to deal
