This is a fantastic opportunity as they seek to appoint an Accounts Payable Assistant to work as part of their Belfast team to liaise with their US partners and client base.

They work to provide exceptional client service and help develop a team of Accounts Payable finance professionals.

**The Role**

As a member of the US Working Capital Assistant you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operational service delivery of the company on an international scale.

This is a key role that will require significant engagement and daily communication with the senior partners in the USA.

As the Working Capital Assistant you will be responsible for undertaking Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties as well as undertaking the following day-to-day procedures. This will include:

- Responsible for a 360 invoicing and billing processes to include reduction of age debt where necessary.
- Be responsible for processing invoices received from vendors and suppliers. This involves verifying the accuracy of invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents, and ensuring timely payment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other finance and accounting teams & managers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with experience in accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial planning, billing revenue to ensure smooth coordination of financial activities.
- Providing high value transactional support for senior partners within the business.
- Provide reports on accounts payable transactions, outstanding liabilities, and other relevant financial metrics as needed by management.

**The Person**

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Must be able to work outside of the standard UK Hours between the hours of
- **(14:00- 22:30) Or (17:30- 02:00) Please note this is non-negotiable **_
- Significant experience working working within Accounts Payable or Receivable
- Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
