**Key responsibilities**

The apprenticeship co-ordinator will be responsible for the efficient administration of NCTJ end-point assessments. This new role involves working closely with assessors, apprentices, employers and training centres to ensure smooth delivery of apprenticeship assessments and to provide outstanding customer service.

**Skills and experience**

The post-holder will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with new and diverse stakeholders. We are looking for people who are good at the detail, have excellent organisational skills and experience of project management and the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritise. Keeping accurate records and documented audit trails are vital skills. Knowledge of quality assurance processes would be an advantage.

We need people with computer skills (MS Office and databases) who are confident using technology and also have good written English skills.

**Remuneration and benefits**

For this full-time post the NCTJ offers a competitive salary of c£25,000 depending on experience and further training and career development opportunities.

Other benefits include 25 days of paid holiday per annum, company bonus scheme, free life cover and a matched pension contribution of five per cent of salary.
