Job title**:Administration Planner *Maternity Cover**

Department/Section**:WNS Planning Team**

Main purpose of job:
To support the planning of sewer repairs on behalf of Cappagh’s no.1 client.

This is temporary role for up to a year as maternity cover with an opportunity to progress through the company after this cover period ends.

Key Responsibilities:

- To produce job packs including all Health & Safety requirements
- Liaison with key asset owners eg. SGN, BT, National Grid etc.
- Proactive customer calling
- Assisting with reactive jobs and liaising with operatives

Key Tasks:

- Monitoring database of incoming jobs
- Producing electronic job packs
- Scanning and electronic filing of processed jobs
- Assisting Planning with photo evaluation
- Initial introductory customer calls

Key Experience, Skills & Behaviours needed:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Some data systems experience ideal
- Organised, reliable and conscientious
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good time keeping

Reporting to: Regional Planning Manager
