Weighbridge Operator

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to join our team. The Weighbridge Operator will be responsible for accurately recording and monitoring the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles at our facility.

**Duties**:

- Operate weighbridge equipment to weigh vehicles and record data
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of weights
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal staff
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate computerized systems
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Basic clerical skills
- Knowledge of Weighsoft or similar software is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office tasks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

This role will also involve covering admin roles in the office in times of absence/sickness. Full training will be given, the software is the same as used in the weighbridge so the skills are easily transferable.

Pay: £25,500.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
