**Job Description**:
Accountable and target reporting to the Logistics Co-Ordinator, this role supports the logistics operations within the distribution warehouse to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of orders including dispatch of goods to customers to their end
destination (and all the related information flows), through the organization and its external channels in such a way that current and future profitability is maximized.

**Responsibilities include areas of**:

- Order placing for MTO (re-expedition) items
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPI) within the department
- Maintain and update the company’s stock database.
- Day to day administrative tasks within the warehouse
- Maintain and develop good logistic practice within the warehouse function with particular emphasis on stock control procedures and the interface with the Axapta system
- Master Data Management to set up/maintain items following company procedures
- Maintain correct pricing within the system obtaining the correct authorizations throughout
- Maintain the customs documentation required within the department
- Control order and review the company’s stock profile.
- Maintain communication levels and co-ordination of information within the department
- Undertake any special projects as directed by the Logistics Coordinator
- Movement of goods within the department and factory as and when required.
- Create journal entries for consignment stock and liaison with customers in order to monitor usage per month.
- Participate in physical stock takes under the direction of the Logistics Coordinator.
- Be flexible in all areas, assist with all other team members and give support to other associates.

Support Logistics Coordinator in completion of special ad hoc projects as and when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally educated to GCSE level (Grades A-C) or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience in a similar sales and distribution warehouse setting advantageous
- Team player.
- Positive communicator.
- Able to accept “change” and work flexibly to high standards.
- Customer focused (internal and external).
- IT literate
- Inter-personal skills

- Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills
- Excellent time management skills, including accuracy and punctuality
