**TITLE** FINANCE ASSISTANT

**RESPONSIBLE TO** FINANCE MANAGER

**LOCATION** FORESTGROVE BUSINESS PARK, BELFAST, BT8 6AW

**WORKING HOURS** FULL-TIME (37.5 HOURS PER WEEK)

**JOB BRIEF**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for a Finance Assistant who has significant skills using
Xero accountancy software and has demonstrable experience working within a busy in-house finance function. Main duties of the role include assisting with payroll, month end account summaries, bank reconciliations, purchase and sales invoice processing.

**KEY TASKS AND DUTIES**
- Reconciling bank accounts across the group
- Processing credit card statements and allocation / reconciliation
- Sales Ledger invoicing
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- All purchase ledger approving / processing
- Credit control

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 2 years in a Finance Assistant role is essential
- Xero experience would be beneficial
- Good MS Office specifically excel is essential
- A team player is required as the role entails active participation in the team

**WHAT WE OFFER**:

- Salary of £24 - £28k per annum depending on experience
