Job Title: Kitchen Porter

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of chefs
- Dispose of waste properly following sanitation guidelines
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and notify when stock is low
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality environment preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
