Our Peripatetic Service are seeking to appoint a Practitioner, working a 26.25 per week permanent contract. This essential service works 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.

This exciting role will lead a team to deliver high quality care and support to the most vulnerable people of our district, meeting their needs, and promoting person centred care at every opportunity.

**Peripatetic Service **- is a district wide service offering long-term support with personal care and household tasks to support vulnerable adults to enable them to continue living independently at home. This includes working in partnership with different Housing Associations, for provision of services to people who live in extra care housing.

With a salary of £26,421 to £29,269 (FTE) including 29 days holiday, there are lots of other benefits which make up our overall employee package, such as:
