Boparan Restaurant Group is a collection of iconic restaurant brands, spanning Fine Dining, Casual Dining and QSR. You will be working across all group brands covering GBK, Carluccios, Slim Chickens, Giraffe, Ed’s Easy Diner, Cinnamon Collection and Fishworks.

Working as a Supply Chain Planner you will be involved in all aspects of the planning and logistics of incoming stock from a wide supplier base.

As a Supply Chain Planner you will also provide ad hoc administrative support throughout the Supply Chain Team such as Forecasting, Stock Management, Generation of Purchase Orders and Freight Management.

**You will report to the Head of supply chain**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Head of supply chain in Forecasting, Stock Management, Generation of Purchase Orders and Freight Management
- Analyze supplier delivery schedules and ensure suppliers meet planned shipment dates
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers and customers, regarding shipment dates and stock availability
- Support the menu development process, working with the procurement team to successfully launch new menus
- Maintain accurate Supply Chain and Stock records
- Provide ad hoc administrative support throughout the Supply Chain Team
- Manage 1 direct report

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience of working within a Supply Chain based environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- A collaborative attitude
- We are looking for a hands-on self starter who can cope within a high pressure environment
