Westbury Garden Rooms is a designer, planner and manufacturer of bespoke glazed and timber buildings including orangeries, conservatories, garden rooms, kitchen extensions and pool houses. Founded in 1988 by Jonathan Hey, Westbury remains a family run business based in Essex, working across the UK and Internationally.

**About the role**:
This is a full-time position based in our head office in South Woodham Ferrers.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls, understanding the customer’s requirements and engaging in dynamic conversation regarding their project (full product training will be given)
- Maintaining the database, ensuring customers are contacted in an appropriate and timely manner and the database is kept up to date.
- Following up with any new enquiries and providing them with the information they need
- Sending out brochures to new enquiries.
- Assisting the sales team with moving enquiries down the sales funnel as necessary
- Post-sales - support the team up to delivery of the customers project with customer updates/liaison as necessary.
- After sales - requesting, collating and responding to reviews and feedback.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Engage & build rapport with potential clients creating a helpful link between initial enquiry & latter stages.
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Teams with all necessary admin duties.
- Ensuring all contact with customers remains on-brand and gives them the best experience possible.

**About You**:
We are looking for a passionate individual who has a confident and friendly telephone manner and is able to give our customers a 1st class customer experience.

An appreciation and understating of good design, quality service/products and an awareness of architecture/interior design would be beneficial.

An ability to use Microsoft Programmes, including word is a must. Salesforce and Flipping Book would be advantageous but full training can be given.
