Are you a passionate Baker with experience in baking for a busy cafe or for large numbers of people? Have you got creative ideas that will tempt new customers each week? Would you like to be part of a popular independent business that has a large customer base in Swansea?

A permenant position has become available for our in-house Baker. We make all of our cakes and sweet treats in-house and need an organised, creative & passionate team member to join us. You'll be in charge of our Afternoon Tea baking and all the cakes we provide for our lovely customers daily & for outside catering.

You must have excellent knowledge of food hygiene, food allergens & baking vegans cakes.

The role is around 6-8 hrs a week and the days are flexible. The baking must be done after our cafe food service finishes (3:30pm) We have a large kitchen with a great Rational Oven, which is brilliant for baking.

Part-time hours: 7-8 per week
