**Chair in Strategy**

**UOE10 - Starting from £66,857.00 per annum**

**CAHSS, Business School**

**Full-time, open ended, 35 hours per week**

We are looking to appoint a Chair (full Professor) in our Strategy Group. The appointment is a key part of the School’s programme of investment in the strategy field and of its intent to drive excellence across research, teaching and engagement.

This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

**The Opportunity**

**Your skills and attributes for success**
- An outstanding record of research, with recent publications in journals of high international standing and with a strong pipeline of work to come.
- A strong pedigree of providing high quality teaching on undergraduate, graduate, and/or executive education programmes.
- Experience of successfully leading, mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues
- Successful supervision of PhD students to completion.
- Ability to lead and manage partner relationships with groups within the University, and with external organisations.
