**The Opportunity**

This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for a career change into a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to begin your career in recruitment OR for a recruitment consultant with 6-12 months experiencewho wants a long term career in an established, high performing business.

**The Role**:
This includes:

**What we are looking for**:
No experience is necessary However, we are ideally looking for someone with commercial experience, this does not have to be in the recruitment industry as you will be provided with excellent development offerings from day one.

The ideal person will:

- **Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting**:

- **Ideally you will have 6 months or more recruitment experience but this is a bonus, not a necessity**:

- **If you do not have recruitment experience you will ideally have one or more years of work experience in a professional environment**:

- **Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment**:

- **Have excellent communication and level of professionalism**
