Proposal Coordinator

Manchester / London + Hybrid Working (Office / home working)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

I am currently looking for a hungry and motivated individual that may be interested in working in the Proposal department for one of biggest steel contractors in the UK.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Work closely with the Sales and Estimating Team to develop bid specific win themes, answer plans and appropriate evidence.
- Take responsibility for tender submissions and formatting to ensure that these comply with the instructions to tender documents and company guidelines.
- Identify areas within the tendering process where the business may have shortfalls and present these to the sales and estimating teams with proactive solutions
- Produce, agree, and coordinate plans for submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Requests for Proposals, and Invitations to Tender.
- Manage the central repository for all PQQs/RFPs/ITTs documents and submissions.
- Manage the central repository of PowerPoint Presentation template information
- Plan, coordinate and produce PowerPoint Presentations for all stages of the tender process

Skills and Requirements
- Understanding of work winning procedures and processes.
- Strong research capabilities.
- Strong IT literacy with Microsoft and Adobe software.
- Experience working on multi-million-pound engineering, construction and infrastructure submissions would be an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge
