**Job Introduction**:
**Our Team**:
The operations team sit at the heart of the digital business at Bauer. As a team we’re responsible for setting the digital agenda and shaping digital products to meet user and commercial needs as well as supporting and enabling key stakeholders and projects.

**The Focus of the Role**:
To support the Senior Digital Operations Executive to ensure that the day-to-day digital operations deliver again business goals in the most efficient and effective way.

**Role Responsibility**:
Support operational work streams:

- Work closely with the Senior Digital Operations Executive to plan and roadmap digital product development.
- Communicate feature development, bug and BAU requirements with Product Managers and monitor them through the development process.
- Attend cross -function meetings and document key actions arising.
- Support the wider business teams (Editorial, Commercial etc.) to ensure that blockers are identified and resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Provide operational support on new digital projects where required.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Monitor and report against agreed product KPIs
- Conduct deep dive reporting to identify, and articulate potential issues and opportunities using Google Analytics and other reporting software.
- Document new product features and processes to support stakeholder usability.

Develop and Maintain Relationships:

- Build both internal and external relationships and establish the smooth running of key stakeholder groups.
- Communicate with stakeholders on all planned product development, maintenance and releases.

Preferred Skills:

- Digitally savvy
- A sound knowledge of Google Analytics
- Competent PowerPoint and Excel user
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- General understanding of web platforms
- Excellent documentation skills

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks/projects and deliver on deadlines
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritise daily workload
