**Customer Services Advisor**
**Redhill**
**£22,000 per annum**
When you join us as a Customer Service Advisor you will receive three weeks training before you join your teams to work alongside more experienced advisors. We will ensure that you have the right tools and knowledge to succeed in your role - you just needto bring along a great attitude and passion for customer service.
- Answer inbound telephone calls, updating in-house systems with all customer contacts and asking them to review your service at the end of each call
- Assist customers to set up payments that will cover their water usage
- Provide advice regarding water saving techniques
- Transfer calls relating to supply issues to the relevant department
Reporting to a team leader, you’ll be a valued member of the customer service department, supporting our customers and ensuring that their queries are resolved first time.
**About You**:
You are customer focussed person who is passionate about providing high standards of customer care. You have:
- A natural ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone
- High standards of written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- A good standard of IT literacy (training is provided for our systems)
- The ability to work as part of a team
