Role: Service Supervisor_
- Location: Manchester, OL7 0QN_
- Contract Type: 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 with two days off on a rota basis. The shifts will consist of days, evenings and weekends._
- Salary: OTE £33,000_
- (£27,000 per year + bonus scheme)_

- What does the job involve?_
- _You will ensure that we deliver the best customer experience by ensuring the team are organised and prepared for arriving customer appointments._
- _To provide front of house support to customers by welcoming customers and providing regular and effective communication._
- _You will act as a point of escalation for customer issues as required._
- _To drive and deliver strong retail service._
- _Leading a team of Aftersales Advisors including the following:_
- _Providing training and coaching, identifying any learning and / or development opportunities_
- _Completing regular 1-2-1’s delivering effective feedback._
- _Providing support for the Service Centre in the absence of Service Manager, if required. Weekly checking of a sample of job cards completed by Technicians including: Accurate technician write up, Invoice accuracy, set up correct labour times, Supporting the Aftersales Advisors and the Service Manager with reducing costs, Managing loan vehicles_
- _Maintaining accurate records of customer contact using the complaints system and managing outstanding issues that require resolution in line with the Company’s customer complaints procedure, escalating customer concerns where required._
- _Ensuring that job cards are raised accurately with a full description entered for the required diagnosis / work._
- _Ensuring all customers receive regular, proactive and accurate updates._
- What skills and experience do you need to join our team?_
- _A full valid UK driving licence is essential._
- _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required._
- _Experience in supervising or managing a team within a retail environment._
- _You will have the ability to build positive and lasting relationships._
- _Excellent attention to detail._
- _You will have excellent customer service skills._
