**VHL English & Maths Lecturers**

We are expanding our provision in our English and Maths team and have opportunities available at our Salisbury campus for varibale hours Lecturers.

**About the roles**

These positions play a key role in supporting our 16-19yr student cohort to achieve GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications, helping them to gain confidence and leave with the skills which support their vocational qualifications and prepare them for work.

You will join our existing team of lecturers who provide high-quality teaching and learning using our schemes of work, assessment plans and resources which are readily available and are regularly reviewed and enhanced each year.

As a lecturer, you will prepare and deliver lessons, mark student work and regularly assess students who are working towards recognised qualifications. You will strive to enable students to maximise their potential and ensure that resource materials and teaching reflects best practice.
