We have 2 x rotating shift patterns roles for Warehouse Team members to join the friendly team at our factory in Billingham (TS23 4DU).

**Please note a forklift truck licence is an essential requirement for this role.**

Working hours

C Shift Pattern - 07.15 x 14.00 days & 14.00 x 22.00 nights - Working an average of 36.88 hours per week

In the role of Inbound Warehouse Operative you will have responsibility for the below:

- Offloading deliveries into storage
- Ensuring accuracy of Autostore using our Warehouse Management System
- Maintaining supply of materials to manufacturing
- Completing paperwork and ensuring accuracy and compliance

Aligned to our IWS principles and to embed the IWS ways of working you will be asked to:

- Adhere to safety and quality standards and take personal responsibility for health and safety to achieve zero losses and safety incidents
- Be flexible in your approach with an improvement and zero loss mindset
- Maintain high standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping following our clean as you go policy.
- Ensure key information is effectively communicated to the next shift through the Shift Daily Direction Setting (SDDS) process (or other communication method as required)
