**What you’ll be doing**
We currently have an exciting opportunity in our growing team for a **maternity cover Digital Specialist** within our Chief Information Digital Office.
As a Digital Specialist, you’ll own and execute the A/B testing strategy, identify risks or opportunities in user journeys, use data and insight to create and run tests to improve website engagement and online conversion. Whilst influencing stakeholders toachieve the best outcome for our members.
You will:

- Have a strong focus on data which you’ll use to create experiments through our a/b testing tool.
- Work alongside the digital marketing and UX/UI team to pro-actively optimise journeys for our customers to improve conversion rates and campaign optimisation.
- Have the ability to work on continuous improvements and present findings and results back to the team and feed into future campaigns.
- Be an integral member of the digital marketing team as well as the wider CIDO department.

**About You**:
You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic and have high attention to detail.
**You’ll also**:

- Experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Be well organised in your approach to work and prioritises.
- Continually strive for the best outcome and be proactive in your approach to testing.
- Not afraid to contest the status quo and eager to get the right outcome for our members.
- Be a team player and be equally assured working independently when required.
- Willing to support the various work across the team and be hands on.
- Have great communication skills and the ability to work with multiple different teams.
- You’ll be passionate about CRO and results driven digital marketing.
- You’ll be expected to have an exceptional work ethic, well organised and able to manage and deliver multiple different tasks daily.

**Hours**: 35 - Mon to Fri
**Hybrid Working: ** is choosing the best location for you to carry out your role - this could be in the office or it could be at home. You can be flexible in your approach, for example coming into the office when you need to collaborate with colleaguesin person, or working from home if you have a lot of Zoom meetings to go to. We’re taking a team-led approach, so how you manage your working week and place of work is down to your preferences and how you and your team work best.
