Our client is part of a large and successful business operating in both the oil & gas and renewables sectors. With a small team in Aberdeen, they offer hybrid working and a supportive team culture. Our client is looking for a Project Controller to join on a short term contract basis and if you are available to start immediately then this may be an ideal opportunity for you.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

- Supporting the Senior Project Controller with invoicing
- Analyse financial processes and outcomes in the assigned projects, identify gaps and non-compliance
- Provide interface with clients and suppliers
- Participate in and/or co-ordinate assigned projects to ensure compliance
- Co-ordinator of project control processes within the assigned projects
- Provide direction to Operations with regards to timely invoicing and other approval processes
- Support month end close process in line with group reporting requirements
- Process month-end entries and issuing periodical and ad hoc reports, including standard data, and using standard reporting guidelines to project team

Personal Profile:

- Relevant Experience in Project Controls or other financial, process driven environments
- Experience with month-end processing
- Experience with Purchase order review and acceptance
- Previous experience in compiling tenders and estimates
