Join Our Team as a Finance Business Partner
Are you ready to take responsibility for financial reporting and build key stakeholder relationships within Sales and Marketing? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead on reporting, provide insightful advice and analysis, and support business decision-making. If you are passionate about financial analysis and want to make a tangible impact, this role is for you
**Hybrid**: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships within Sales and Marketing, offering insightful analysis to drive business decisions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly P&L reports, highlighting variances and fostering discussions on financial performance.
- Metrics & Forecasting: Manage monthly business driver/metric reporting and weekly sales reporting and forecasting.
- Business Planning: Support stakeholders through the business planning cycle to establish operational plans and budget inputs.
- Sales Commission: Oversee the sales commission process, including scheme design, rule establishment, individual sales target setting, and commission payment administration.
- Product Development: Collaborate on product roadmap development and prioritize initiatives.
- Data Accuracy: Work with the Data & Analytics team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting records, reporting, and analysis.
- Process Improvement: Assess and challenge current business practices, implementing initiatives to improve processes and deliver efficiencies.
- Project Support: Participate in Group-level initiatives and ad-hoc projects, including integration activities following acquisitions.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small team of Management Accountants/Business Analysts.
- Support Finance Leadership: Provide support to the Group Head of Finance and the wider Finance Leadership team.
- Service Excellence: Deliver high service levels to the business.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand underlying business issues beyond the numbers.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness combined with robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting and financial control.
- Proactive Approach: Use initiative, anticipate issues, and develop practical solutions collaboratively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility & Commitment: Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
- Passion for Improvement: Drive and enthusiasm to use reporting to identify and deliver financial or operational improvements.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA with 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Data Analysis Experience: Experience working with and analyzing large data sets.
- Subscription Experience: Experience with subscription products/businesses is preferred.
