**Location**: Burford, Oxfordshire.

**Position**:Handy Man / Skilled Labourer.

**Duration**: 10 weeks works.

**Rate**: £135 - £172 per day.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer / Handy Person to start work on a large pub refurbishment in Burford, Oxfordshire. **Details include**
- Stripping out works.
- Assisting carpenters and interior staff.
- Refurbishment works.
- General site labouring and clearance.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS preferred.
- Own vehicle preferred not essential.
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
