We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual that has at least 3 years’ experience of working in a busy office to join our growing team.
As an Investors in People & Living Wage employer, you will have the opportunity to join an ambitious business and have the full support to help you achieve success, with opportunity for career progression.
The role will be to ensure we provide excellent customer service.
- Working a busy office, being able to multi-task.
- Working to set projects and delivering on time, providing monthly reports to Management.
- Dealing with customers in a professional manner - excellent communication skills, with a polite and clear telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Inputting data into bespoke software management system.
- Record keeping, handling, and filing.
- Show initiative and be self-motivated.
- Be flexible in line with business requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate inputting of data.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
- 3 years’ experience in working in an office environment is essential.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Must be able to pass a DBS check.
- Excellent time management.
- Positive attitude towards personal development.
- To understand and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 in the secure management of sensitive and confidential information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Working hours**: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday with half an hour for lunch.
