**Multi-Trader**

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team on a permanent basis

**General Overview**

To provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site. Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project. To carry out the duties in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. To assist the Site Manager in producing a quality product within the contract period and in a safe manner.

**Overlook of Day-to-Day duties of a Multi Trader**:

- Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors
- Plastering: Patch plastering
- Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs
- Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs
- UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks
- Tiling
- Finishing

**Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader**:

- Experience
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- **Asbestos awareness certificate**:

- **Face Fit Certificate**:

- **Public Liability**:

- **Drivers Licenses**:

- **Qualifications**:

- **CSCS Card**:

- **Manual Handling**:

- **Working at Heights**
