**CNC Setters**

**Shifts**:Double Days or Nights available, 37.5 hours weekly.

**Salary**: £29,500 - £40,750 including shift allowance (Dependent on experience),

**Location**:Commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield, Loughborough.

**Milling and Turning positions available.**

**The Company**

A well-established precision engineering and global manufacturer operating in a variety of Complex Markets including Aerospace, Automotive and Defence.

**CNC Setter Responsibilities**:

- Setting and Operating one of the following machines:
Mazak Qt10, SQT200 and 250, Nexus, Utilizing Mazatrol programs on TPlus,640T Controls. QT2ooMB 3 Axis using the latest Smooth Technology control.
- The Mazak machines are mainly Mazatrol programs but do utilize ISO programs as well.
- CHNC and TNT fanuc controlled machines ISO format.
- 2 to 5 Axis CNC.
- Flexibility required in relation to operating more than one machine.
- Work to achieve set production times and targets.
- CMM experience would be advantageous.

**Essential Skills**:

- Mechanical Apprentice trained or qualified by experience.
- 2 to 5 Axis Experience.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, with guidance and supervision.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,500.00-£40,750.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
