**Job description for Operations Manager Job**:

- Ensure all jobs are invoiced and costed accurately on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for the site Customer Service and Warehouse Operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers within the area.
- Commercially focused.
- Ensure that the Branch is up to date with all Health and Safety and Security regulations.
- Responsible for all staff training, appraisals, recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary action.
- Control the costs within the site whilst seeking new way to improve the current processes.
- Report any issues in line with the current policy.
- Ensure all jobs are invoiced and costed accurately on a weekly basis.
