Planner

An opening has arisen within our company for a full time Planner/Administrator to join our team.

The purpose of the role will be to build key relationships with staff and customers. Plan the daily work schedule for our engineers and customers. Dealing with high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls on a daily basis. Liaising with our customers, suppliers, engineers and both internal and external departments to achieve our delivery targets within the agreed call response times.

You will need to be Customer Focused and able to accurately identifies customer requirements, expectations, and needs. Follows up with customers to ensure problems are solved.

You must have good administration and communication skills.

Comprehensive training will be given for this position.
