**About the Role**:
Your Coop are looking for a Resourcing Coordinator to join our society. We’re a multi-business group operating in Food Retail, Childcare, Travel, Post Office, Pharmacy and Utilities, meaning you will get a breadth of multi-sector experience in a complex and fast-moving organisation. As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will:

- Advertise vacancies on our careers website and job boards to ensure our vacancies are current and gaining maximum market exposure
- Refresh vacancy requirements on internal system & external job boards
- Liaise with all recruitment sources e.g. agencies, colleges, job centres, web and magazine advertising and so on, to ensure vacancies are filled in a cost effective and timely manner
- You may be required to support recruitment across the societies different business groups to meet with the society’s recruitment demand

**About You**:
To be successful for this role, you will need:

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to deliver against tight deadlines
- Previous recruitment knowledge and experience desirable
- Exposure and experience recruiting within the retail industry and sectors would be desirable
