Our client is a large-scale player in the FMCG industry, recognised for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Operating in Camberley, they maintain a strong presence with a workforce of over 1000 employees, dedicated to making a difference to the lives of their customers and the community.

**Czech, Slovak and Polish speaking Customer Service Executive, Camberley**:

- Providing excellent customer service to customers (need 2 out of 3 languages).
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Processing orders, liaising with warehouse and 3PL
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Processing customer orders and managing their accounts.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to team effort by achieving related results.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies in line with company standards.
- Contributing to team effort by achieving related results as needed.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Czech, Slovak and Polish speaking Customer Service Executive, Camberley**:
A successful Czech, Slovak and Polish speaking customers Service Executive should have:

- A strong command of Czech, Slovak and Polish speaking customers (need minimum of 2 out of 3 languages)
- A background in customer service, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- A customer-focused approach and a strong desire to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- You will be able to commit to this six month assignment
- **You will already hold the necessary documents to work in the UK as unfortunately sponsorship is not an option.**
