Job description
**Purchasing Administrator**:
Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity within our market leading company who supply to a large range of sporting events worldwide.
We are looking for a hardworking, organised and motivated administrator to join our busy Purchasing team on a full-time basis.
Ideally, we would like applicants with prior **Purchase** office experience of 1-2 years, fully computer literate with experience in all aspects of Microsoft but notably excel & outlook.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Using our ordering system to generate and process purchase orders within our network of UK and overseas suppliers.
- Maintaining & updating order tracking spreadsheets
- Managing artwork approvals and queries
- Communicating effectively with both suppliers and customers
- Checking and querying costs with suppliers
- Assisting with carrier and import paperwork as needed
- General office administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Experience**:
- Admin: 1 year (essential)
- Purchasing: Preferred but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (preferred but not essential)
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
