Overview

This progressive, family-found company are searching for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support their talented team within their walk-in centre. They are dedicated to their strategy and vision to deliver healthcare differently to make a real difference to the communities that they work with. This walk-in centre is a practitioner led service with over 77,000 patients annually. The site also runs a confidential Wellness service which provides advice and listening support to those suffering from low mental health.

**Requirements**:
Registered with relevant NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
MSc in Advanced Practice
Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification
A minimum of 3 years' experience post Level 7 within Primary/Urgent Care
Level 7 Paediatric Course desirable but not essential
Ability to see patients with varying conditions.

Location

This facility is based in Sheffield, commutable from Barnsley, Worksop, Rotheram, Chesterfield and Bakewell.
