Spa Receptionist

The AmberRose Spa situated in The Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel in the beautiful village of Luss, has positions available for part-time spa receptionists.

The AmberRose Spa combines luxury Spa therapies with beauty treatments.

We strive to provide an exceptional spa experience for all of our guests and create an inclusive environment for all. We are searching for passionate and confident receptionists who work hard to achieve a welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.

You will be given training in all of our brands and treatments.

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest in wellbeing, beauty and sustainability.
- Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel welcomed when greeting all guests.
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments using our booking systems and utilise computer systems with skill and proficiency to document client information ensuring clients’ confidentiality at all times.
- Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they received the Wow factor.
- Confident in building relationships with guests and recommending products.
- This is a dynamic role and at times, fast paced role where flexibility is required.
- Drive to maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organised work area.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Competitive rate of pay
- 28 days holiday per year (pro rata)

Own transport required due to our location and limited public transport.

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
