Rare and exciting role on offer for an ambitious Quality Manager to join a highly reputable luxury housebuilder, with exciting bespoke projects.
Are you a Quality Manager looking to hold a unique role in a reputable company? Are you looking to join a high-end housing developer where quality is at the heart of each build?
This company specialise in bespoke high end residential builds in and around Surrey. They pride themselves on the quality and individuality of each project offering a premium and tailored finish, with a single unit valuing up to £4 million. Due to their highstandards, they are now recruiting a new role into the business which will allow them to maintain their high-quality service.
In this role you will be based in the Surrey office and need to be prepared to travel to sites up to an hour away. Managing your own diary, you will oversee plots that are at the final stages of build. You will be heading up the quality control department andyou will be tasked with incepting builds are compliant with drawings, conducting control checklists on all developments, liaising with Site Managers, and arranging spot checks.
This varied yet exciting role would therefore suit an ambitious Quality Manager who is looking to hold a managerial role which they can make their own and eventually grow a department.
The role
- Heading up the Quality Department
- Overseeing builds and current sites completing regular spot checks
- Ensuring all builds are compliant to drawings and NHBC standards

The person
- Good residential construction knowledge
- Competent with Building regulations and NHBC standards
- Driven, organised and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license
