We are on the search for driven and passionate individuals to join our Cruise Specialist team working either Hybrid, Remotely or at our head office based in Altrincham. The role is perfect for those who excel in sales and customer service - you'll be selling your customers their dream cruise holiday, whilst ‘delivering a memorable experience’. Previous cruise sales experience would be a huge advantage but if you have a proven track record in a travel sales role and ideally, some personal cruising experience, we'd also love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of customers through acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customers and maintenance and updating of customer data and records
- You will demonstrate competence and capability to ensure customers’ needs are met promptly and accurately
- Understand the needs of each customer, through listening and building rapport and propose potential cruise holiday options
- Be self-driven for learning as a way improving product knowledge
- Delivering on agreed customer and sales targets (KPI’s)

Skills required:

- Previous travel industry sales experience (preferably cruise)
- Demonstrable experience of working to sales targets
- To take ownership of your own personal development to build on product knowledge e.g. understanding the current marketing campaigns to maximise customer sales opportunities
- Be passionate about cruises and dedicated to providing customers with the very best personal service
- Good standard of IT skills including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel

About You:

- A real passion for travel and the cruise industry
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer service standards
- A confident communicator both written and spoken
- Have a positive and hard-working mentality and enjoy working as part of a team
- Thrives in a sales enviroment, working under pressure, and is self motivated to achieve
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding the impact of errors

Working Hours: Monday - Sunday on a varied shift pattern working between the hours of 07:00 and 20:00 Monday - Friday and 07:00 and 18:00 Saturday & Sunday

In return, we offer a competitive salary plus excellent commission earning potential (£50k+ OTE) and company benefits such as 28 days annual leave plus additional birthday day off and access to an optimise health plan after completion of probationary period.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
