The Regional Trainer role is based within our Civil Training business area.

As one of the UK's largest apprenticeship providers, we offer apprenticeships at multiple levels in engineering with particular expertise in the rail, automotive, nuclear and energy industries as well as the British Army and Emergency Services. We also deliverapprenticeships across retail, hospitality, active leisure, adult care, automotive, business, customer service, early years care and warehousing sectors.

**_**The role
The difference our new Regional Trainer will make**_** As a Regional Trainer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be sharing your years of knowledge and experience with the next generation of hospitality workers, supporting them throughout their apprenticeships.

Day to day, you'll be supporting apprentices undertaking level 2, 3 and 4 apprenticeships. You'll do this through a mixture of remote sessions via webinar or MS teams and face-to-face visits to sites in your area. You will also be engaging with potentialemployers and learners and maintaining existing client relationships.

Your visits/sessions will include the delivery of teaching and learning using your knowledge, experience and the training we'll give you to support your case load of apprentices. Throughout this process you will be required to maintain documentation withinour e-portfolio system

**Essential experience**
- Extensive experience working within the hospitality industry as a chef is essential whilst front of house experience is desirable
- Experience working in a senior/supervisory role
- GCSE A-C in Maths & English or equivalent and good ICT skills
- Excellent organisational skills and a professional demeanour with good interpersonal and communication skills
- A valid driving licence and your own car, with a willingness to travel within your region
- A keen interest in supporting people through their apprenticeship
- Must have or have the ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance with Children's Barred List check
