**Overview**
We are a leading self storage company with our head office in Hammersmith and our facilities primarily located in the South and Southeast of the UK. We have been experiencing significant expansion over the last few years growing to 18 stores currently trading with a strong pipeline of new stores currently under development and further locations on the horizon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide support for audits and tax filings

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Real Estate industry practices and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
